The first step is to truly understand what your needs are. This will consist of an initial consultation where we introduce you to your inteliDash Manager and understand what your goals are.
Get things Setup
We then create your communication board and begin deploying the infrastructure needed to support your data. We use a KanBan style process manager which helps everyone understand the status and priority of all the requests. You can invite as many people as necessary to monitor & manage the communication board.
Organize Your Data
In order to create your dashboard and reports, we need to organize your data. This is all tracked in the communication board and we will send various requests for clarity and confirmation as we work through this step.
Visualize Your Data
We custom build a dashboard to your needs which includes your company branding and colors. Your dashboard is now available for use. We also validate your update schedule so you know you are always looking at the most current & accurate information.
If you would like updates, changes, or anything else done, simply start a task in the communications board and we'll get on it right away!
Wash Rinse Repeat
Data Analysis is never finished. There are always additional "what if" scenarios and metrics that need to be improved. This is exactly why we are a full service and not project based! Our simple as-a-service model allows you to continually update and optimize the information you need so you can focus on your business.
